37esimo World Wide Scketchcrawl

37esima edizione dello Sketchcrawl trascorsa tra funghi e tartufi a Lizzano in Belvedere!
Ovviamente quelli velenosi li abbiamo solo ritratti, mentre i porcini ce li siamo mangiati fritti, come condimento alle tagliatelle, sotto forma di omelettes...AHM! Il tutto, pervaso dall'aroma potente del tartufo.
Che esperienza divina.
Un grazie a Nicola, il micologo che per tutto il pomeriggio ci ha guardati assediare il banchetto con l'esposizione di funghi!

We spent the 37th World Wide Sketchcrawl's day in Lizzano in Belvedere, a small village on the mountains upon Bologna; there were truffles, mushrooms, tasty meals, good wine...and our sketches, too!
A big "thanks" to Nicola, the mycologist who had patience enough to watch us standing in front of his table to draw his mushrooms, and also tell us something about the wide, wild mushrooms' world!

Ma come mi vesto?

Cioè tipo ci sono quelle che pure con i pantaloni pulciosi e il golfino infeltrito riescono ad essere assolutamente adorabili. Io no. Io risulto smunta e malaticcia.

Mi va fatta bene che i disegnatori sono abituati all'imbruttimento da scadenza imminente.

Magari comprerò la sottoveste, un domani che non dovrò stare in casa tutto il giorno attaccata al pc a disegnare: quel giorno, Carla, mi sentirò sexy dentro e ti ringrazierò.

Carla, giuro che però per uscire provo a farmi carina eh.

I know I should always be pretty, both when I go out and when I stay at home. 

In the matter of this, I read Carla's words: she says STOP to oversized trousers and sad pajamas! What to wear at home? Every woman should have three petticoats in her wardrobe, so she suggests us to wear them as a sexy homewear with a long cardigan and a pair of cute flats. 

Well, she's right.

Well, I tried to.

BUT.

I'm on the deadline for a book's illustrations. I'm ugly and I know that.

Carla and her petticoats can wait, I keep my sad, large, warm and extremely comfortable pajamas.
